As a Resource
Coordinator you will have the opportunity to:

The Resource
Coordinator is a key person at ForeignExchange. In this important
role, you will:
- Recruit
linguistic and technical vendors actively and passively
- Screen,
test and qualify applicants and negotiate rates
- Ensure
the careful record-keeping of all pertinent vendor data
- Resource
projects with linguistic and technical vendors
- Have frequent,
effective communication with other departments
Our minimum
requirements are:
- 1 year
of localization experience or experience from a related field
- Strong
proven negotiation skills

interpersonal skills

- Great
attention to detail
- Proven

The project
manager is a key person at ForeignExchange. In this important
role, you will have overall responsibility for supervising all
phases of assigned projects, including:
- management
of quality, costs and schedule

and coordinate with sales, clients, linguistic, engineering
and DTP team members
- provide
input to presales planning, resourcing and estimating of projects
Our minimum
requirements are:
- 1-3 years
experience managing localization/translation projects
- Must be
fluent in German; client
communication will be mainly in German, both written and verbal
- Strong
communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong
troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong
multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Ability
to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Understanding
of major print and electronic publishing, as well as image manipulation
tools and applications for different platforms
- Technical
background preferred; understanding
of Trados and other TM solutions preferred
- Strong
leadership abilities
- Bachelor
degree preferred
- Strong
affinity for and understanding of target audiences and cultural
issues

The Director
of Business Development is a key member of the ForeignExchange
sales team. In this important role, you will:
- Find and
win business from new clients in your assigned territory (Europe,
Asia and assigned accounts);
- Manage
and grow ForeignExchange Translations' relationship with assigned
key clients;
- Develop
account management and growth strategies;
- Produce
and present client proposals, presentations, quotations, status
reports and other activities as required;
- Provide
input to presales planning, resourcing and estimating of projects;
- Reconcile
client requirements with operational constraints to develop
high value client proposals;
- Lead various
internal teams responsible for support of clients;
- Achieve
sales consistent with goals for your assigned territory.
Our minimum
requirements are:
- 3+ years
prior sales experience, preferably in a service industry; experience
selling services to Life Science companies a plus;
- Advanced
know-how of MS Word, Excel; TRADOS experience highly desired;
- Above-average
communication skills;
- Proven
ability to develop strong relationships with clients;
- Excellent
troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Ability
to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
- Proven
ability to function in culturally diverse team that is geographically
distributed across multiple locations.
