The Document Localization Lead is a fast-paced role primarily responsible for leading and coordinating multilingual desktop publishing projects. Working with teams of internal and external resources, Leads facilitate the desktop publishing portions of large translation projects. Leads regularly interact with vendors and clients to develop desktop publishing specifications and to troubleshoot issues. Leads also assist the sales team with quoting of new projects.

We are looking for a reliable team player with the following characteristics:

• 2 to 3 years of experience using and troubleshooting FrameMaker, MS Word, QuarkXPress, InDesign, PageMaker, Acrobat and other desktop publishing software
• Experience executing and leading the production portion of complex document-localization projects
• attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized and proficient at managing time and multiple project responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with Windows and/or Mac OS
• Experience troubleshooting Trados a plus
• Experience with double-byte languages a plus
