As a Linguistic Lead you will have the opportunity to:

The Linguistic Lead is a key person at ForeignExchange. In this important role, you will:
- Set linguistic strategy on identified projects; including identifying linguistic process steps, creation of specifications, setting glossary & style guide strategy, as well as reference material.
- Act as a vendor point of contact for translator support/issues on identified projects
- Responsible for ensuring that vendor linguistic inquiries on identified projects are resolved
- Set glossary & style guide strategy on identified accounts
- Perform linguistic analysis and linguistic QA steps on identified projects
- Develop and maintain overall terminology and style guide strategies for ForeignExchange
- Drive and set Translation Memory strategy for assigned accounts
Our minimum requirements are:
- A minimum of 2 years translation experience, preferably in the medical field
- Translation degree strongly preferred
- Good command of 1-2 foreign languages required
- Good understanding of terminology management.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good attention to detail required
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
