The account manager is a key member of the ForeignExchange sales team. In this important role, you will:
- Manage relationships with assigned client accounts;
- Carefully prepare client proposals and quotations;
- Develop account management and growth strategies;
- Interface and coordinate with Business Development Managers, clients, internal operations, engineering and other team members;
- Provide input to presales planning, resourcing and estimating of projects;
- Reconcile client requirements with operational constraints to develop high-value client proposals.

Our minimum requirements are:
- 3+ years of experience in the localization industry;
- Advanced know-how of MS Word, Excel; TRADOS experience highly desired;
- Above-average communication skills;
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients;
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
- Proven ability to function in culturally diverse team that is geographically distributed across multiple locations.
