Strategic Account Manager (permanent)

In order to sustain our aggressive growth, we are looking for a highly motivated individual.

The account manager is a key member of the ForeignExchange sales team. In this important role, you will:

  • Manage relationships with assigned client accounts;
  • Carefully prepare client proposals and quotations;
  • Develop account management and growth strategies;
  • Interface and coordinate with Business Development Managers, clients, internal operations, engineering and other team members;
  • Provide input to presales planning, resourcing and estimating of projects;
  • Reconcile client requirements with operational constraints to develop high-value client proposals.

Our minimum requirements are:

  • 3+ years of experience in the localization industry;
  • Advanced know-how of MS Word, Excel; TRADOS experience highly desired;
  • Above-average communication skills;
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients;
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
  • Proven ability to function in culturally diverse team that is geographically distributed across multiple locations.
