- troubleshooting and QA of localized XML, HTML, JavaScript, JSP, resource files and others
- graphic editing and layout adaptation to foreign-language needs
- Flash and Photoshop
- experience with double-byte & Eastern European languages a plus
- familiarity with translation/TM tools a plus
