consultant who helps train executives at companies like Roche
Diagnostics and Dade-Behring. She holds a degree in Chinese and
Japanese Translation and Computational Linguistics from the University
of Bonn. She spent several years working as a training and technical
support specialist with TRADOS in both Japan and the US, supporting
Asian localization projects at Microsoft.
