About the
speaker:
Dr. Malgorzata
Szerszeniewska is currently Director of Strategic Development
Central and Eastern Europe at Covance, where she is responsible
for development of the company's Clinical Development Services
in the region.
Since joining
Covance in 1996, Dr. Szerszeniewska has held positions as Regional
Clinical and Resource Manager, where she was responsible for heading
the Warsaw office and operations in Poland and the Balkans. Previously
she had been a Project Manager for Phase II trials in CEE countries
and also held the position of CRA in various clinical trials in
Poland.
Prior to joining
Covance she worked as an Anesthesiology and Intensive Care specialist
at Warsaw University Hospital. Dr. Szerszeniewska's therapeutic
experience includes indications in oncology, anesthesiology, immunology,
neurology, gynecology, urology, cardiovascular, psychiatry, ophthalmology,
and gastrointestinal medicine. Dr. Szerszeniewska received her
Medical Diploma from the Warsaw Medical University.
