What is an audio conference?

ForeignExchange's Multilingual Compliance audio conferences are much like a large conference call in which the speaker makes a presentation over the phone.

As a participant, you simply dial a toll-free number (regular phone number outside of the United States) from your phone, enter your personal access code and you are connected! You then sit back and listen to the presentations and join in the lively question-and-answer discussion that follows.

How many people can attend?

As many can attend as you want. With an audio conference the charge is per phone line, not per person.

This offers a number of advantages over conventional meetings:

  • No travel time
  • Lower per-person costs
  • Train employees without them leaving the office
  • Integrate audio conference materials (through purchase of recordings) into future training sessions

How do calls work?

You register for an audio conference right here, on ForeignExchange's website. After signing up for a conference, you receive a confirmation email that contains the call-in number, personal access code and the presentation materials.
Share this information with the other people who will be on the line with you.

On the day of the audio conference, 10 minutes before the start of the program, you will call into the number that was provided to you and enter your personal access code.

Once the program begins, you can submit questions via email or ask live questions at the end of the presentation.

Following the audio conference, you will receive an evaluation form to fill in and return to ForeignExchange.

How long is each audio conference?

As a busy professional, you will be glad to know that we designed these program with you in mind. Most Multilingual Compliance audio conferences are one hour in length. Each session is scripted for an audio format and engages the listener in a lively discussion.

If you cannot attend a particular audio conference, purchasing a CD copy allows you to listen to the presentation at your convenience.

I am located outside the U.S. -- can I participate?

Absolutely! U.S. attendees can dial into a toll-free number. Overseas attendees receive a regular phone number to dial. Otherwise, your experience will be identical.
