Requirements for becoming a Compliance Translation Certified™ translator include:

• 3+ years experience as a professional linguist
• 2+ years of subject or industry-specific experience
• experience translating more than 100,000 words in the specified field or industry
• outstanding references
• strong track record of maintaining strict schedules and rapid turnaround

While these strict qualifications limit the number of translators at our disposal, we actually find the process saves our clients time.

By using pre-qualified translators we run into fewer mistakes and rarely encounter scheduling conflicts. Experienced translators know how to manage their workload and their schedule. They also have the wisdom to raise the right project-specific questions early enough in the process to allow time for corrections and editing.
